We're not horsin' around

High Horse is a dynamic band that combines the best elements of classic rock, pop & jam from seasoned veterans of the Western New York music scene. Original music that ranges from unadulterated heavy rock, to intricate jazzy pop & anywhere in between. They also perform a diverse list of cover music. However, do not expect jukebox-like recreations. This band puts their own spin on classic jams (with the emphasis on jam)!

High Horse formed in 2010 as a cover band.  Since that time, the band has earned critical praise and a strong local following with their unique blend of styles and musicianship.  In 2013, their debut record, "Escape From The Glue Factory", was released

featuring all original material.

Their musical influences range from classic rock & R&B to jam band, blues, jazz and beyond and include artists such as:

The Beatles, Steely Dan, Allman Bros, Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Wonder, Rush, Steve Ray Vaughan, Bill Withers, Govt' Mule, Led Zeppelin

& about a thousand others...
